The GHC Haskell compiler will be updated from major version 8.8 to 8.10, and Haskell packages will be updated from Stackage LTS 16 to LTS 18 versions.
Temporary -1 before the date concerns raised by @kevin (see https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/O4KEUFCQQ5VAJPJGCLPPP5MOB34AM7WT/) get clarified.
The mass rebuild is scheduled to start in less than two days, so getting this in before then seems to be optimistic. Would it be OK to build everything after the mass rebuild is finished? The Change proposal does not say.
