The package is currently blocking Python 3.10 rebuilds of pki-core. The idea is that by orphaning it, we might find a new maintainer (and if not, the dependency will be removed). Even if @cipherboy fixes the current FTBFS bug, the package needs a new maintainer or removal anyway.
This is a ticket for the Fedora's Policy for nonresponsive package maintainers.
