#2450 F33 System-Wide Change: Golang 1.15
Closed: Accepted 2 years ago by ignatenkobrain. Opened 2 years ago by bcotton.

Note that this proposal was prepared prior to the deadline, but due to an error in wiki formatting, it did not appear in the queue.

Rebase of Golang package to upcoming version 1.15 in Fedora 33, including rebuild of all dependent packages(pre-release version of Go will be used for rebuild, if released version will not be available at the time of the mass rebuild).

Will a build of go 1.15 be available before the start of the mass rebuild next week, or do you plan to run another targeted go 1.15 mass rebuild later?

Proposing as fast-track because ideally this should be done before mass rebuild.

I'd still like to know if a golang 1.15 package will be ready in rawhide before the mass rebuild starts tomorrow.

Awesome, thanks for confirming.
