This change brings Boost 1.73 to Fedora. This will mean Fedora ships with a recent upstream Boost release.

Side note: There is also a boost169 compat package.
I think boost169 is only meant for EPEL.
One note: is a releng-managed build tag needed? Or is a self-managed side-tag enough?
IMO it does not matter, the user side tags are not different from the releng-managed (except of the name).
And :+1: for more up-to-date boost!
I disagree. The releng-managed site tags skip bodhi, gating and problems like https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/4002
