This is just to stave off any removal next week. Upstream has made good progress and I expect it to be Python 3 ready before Fedora 32.
But really, I'm just waiting for Mercurial to make the switch, or I would have done the porting work myself.
This requires python2, mercurial, and python2-nose (BR only).

Actually, it looks like it's just a test runner, and not imported for anything, so I could perhaps just use unittest for that.
