Link to release process is to make sure the information is spread across all dependent projects, including Documentation and Websites.
I'll abstain, as I don't feel qualified enough and I unfortunately cannot invest my time now to learn more. Will reconsider if it turns out that my decision is the only thing blocking this.
+1 from me. Staying on dead platform does not make sense. Improving upstream projects does. Since solution is there, coordinating the effort sound right to me.

+1. I don't know anything about weblate, and had only barely used zanata, if the involved community wants to switch, that's what is important.
