@gholms
As much as I hate to admit it, my dev bandwidth for working on Fedora cloud stuff has been next to none lately. I am happy to stay on the co-maintainer list for this package, but feel free to assign python-boto to whoever is willing to take it over.
@gholms then I think the best way is to orphan your package (also given that boto3 is the successor). Announce intent on the devel mailing list and if nobody steps in, orphan it.

there are few other packages depending on pythonX-boto so I guess their maintainers could help with maintenance.
Alternatively, @apevec and @skottler could take over it from you.
Anyway, I think we need to orphan python-boto, otherwise nobody will take it. The same goes for cloud-init unfortunately.
@gholms ?
Done. I hope to have time to work on Fedora cloud stuff in the future again, but hopefully someone with more bandwidth can give these packages the care that they deserve.
Thank You. Hopefully they will.
