#2167 F31 System-Wide Change: Gawk 5.0.1

Note: this has already landed in Rawhide

New upstream major version of gawk has been released (4.2.1 -> 5.0.X). Among many changes, the version 5 introduced a namespaces, which may possible break some of the existing scripts.

+1 - but the summary needs updating to match the updated text of the body w.r.t. to the namespace change.

@churchyard yes, we have talked with @jamartis in private and he requested compatibility mode from upstream and they implemented that and we have it backported already...
