Dear FESCO members,
8 months ago I've created Bug #1647672 against farstream02. The package maintainer Brian Pepple (bdpepple) hasn't responded on the bug. Following the "non-responsive maintainer" process I have pinged him on the bug twice in the last few weeks, still no response.

While discussing with user @kdudka about the package libnice, which also used to be maintained by Brian, he pointed out Bug #1537235 where Brian indicated that he no longer has time to maintain the Fedora packages.

I therefore request that @kdudka and myself (@stefanb, as co-maintainer) can takeover the maintenance of the the farstream02 package.

@stefanb, I would prefer if you became the primary maintainer of farstream02. I have neither enough capacity, nor expertise to maintain the package myself.
Otherwise I fully support this request. Except the mentioned non-responsive maintainer process that I initiated for libnice, it has been impossible to contact Brian in the last couple of years.

Haven't had time to do any work for Fedora, so it's best I just orphan this.
