Upgrade to Vagrant 2.2, the latest stable version of Vagrant. Enable QEMU Session by default.

Since there was just positive feedback (as far as I can tell), it is almost week since this ticket was opened, the "Change Checkpoint: Completion deadline (testable)" and branch are coming soon and I, as well as pvalena, are on PTO next week, I took the liberty and built everything in Rawhide.
