@raphgro Please follow https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers

In particular, note step 5 which reads "After other 7 days (now 3 weeks total), the reporter creates a FESCo issue with the bug link, indicating all reasonable efforts to contact the maintainer have failed and that they wish to take over the package."

Please provide links showing that the rest of the policy has been followed or a reason why you feel the Exception Procedure should be followed.

Please see rhbz #1554489 for pinging the maintainer. I'll write to devel mailing list, too.

here is the link for convenience: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1554489

@raphgro would you like to maintain psi-plus? You did not state this in the initial comment.

fedora-devel query was sent on the 24th: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/3JFHLPTMVMZEDAMWRILXXOJMYMEAPUUI/
so the steps required by the policy have been fulfilled.

@raphgro can you take over the package?

Also, I tried to send a private e-mail to ivanromanov with a link to this issue without any response so far since 2018-06-25.
You can assign psi-plus to me as the maintainer though I'll try my best but I can't promise to maintain this package even better than the previous maintainer did. Any co-maintainers are very welcome.

+1 to reassignment to @raphgro

@kevin, can you do the reassignment?

Also +1 to the reassignment.

Per the policy, this is approved. Who has the ACLs to do the reassignment?

psi-plus has been reassigned.

Do we want to do anything about the other packages this maintainer is point of contact for?

I always default to: "If they've failed to respond for one package, orphan all their packages. If they're still around for some of them, they'll pick them back up, but in the meantime we can find better homes for them."

Can you reassign all open bugs of psi-plus to the new maintainer? I remember those times when PkgDB did that automatically.

I reassigned them to you. I first tried "reset to default asignee", and that didn't do anything. So it seems bugzilla is using stale ownership information.

Note that the script that syncs bugzilla information runs currently once a day, so it may not have completed by then.

Shall we close this ticket then?

Yes, please close this ticket. Although, I'm still looking for some time to fix the package. As already mentioned, any volunteers as co-maintainers are welcome.
