I finished the feature page finally and it got an okay from the wrangler:

I also provided a test package in the feature page. Shall we have this feature (if it gets accepted) as a separate package or shall we merge it with the stock redhat-menus package?

This feature was accepted, the menus go in a separate package, and no package can require this package
