As per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Django20 and https://pagure.io/releng/issue/7211 we would like FESCo's agreement of those packages being retired without going trough the unresponsive maintainer procedure.
All are Python 3 incompatible, dead (or smelly) upstream, maintainer did not respond from 2017-01-19 (links above go to bugzilla).

The packages are retired now. Obsoleted by python3-django.
