As per nonresponsive maintainer policy, I'm asking to take over dot2tex. I've tried to reach Jim Radford (radford) multiple times on Bugzilla and by private e-mail. I've also contacted the devel list without a response.

AGREED: FESCo will transfer dot2tex to thofmann and will orphan radford's other packages (+5, 0, -0)
