I've been a bit slow on carrying out the steps for this, but I submitted a PR to EDB a while ago, and it has been ignored.
PR: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/edb/pull-request/1
Then I submitted a bugzilla ticket which was also ignored (despite various bumps)
BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1502328
Finally, I posted to the mailing list, directly copying in the maintainer. He responded to me saying he has no time for Fedora packaging, and later said he doesn't seem to be able to even log in now. He agreed opening this ticket is the best way of proceeding.

I'd like to take over the EDB package.
I'm not sure how this slipped through the cracks for so long. @mich181189 is this still an issue?

Yes there’s no specific rush (clearly!) but the original maintainer was clear he has no time to maintain this package now
FTR, eponyme owns: rpms/edb rpms/fotowall rpms/monkeystudio rpms/posterazor
We should orphan all of them.
I have orphaned:
rpms/fotowall rpms/monkeystudio rpms/posterazor
and given rpms/edb to mich181189
