I would like to ask FESCo to review this Change proposal:

Improve support for hardware using Intel Bay Trail and Cherry Trail SoCs.

I fully support this, but I'm wondering why this was filed as a Change at all. It seems like the kind of natural HW enablement that happens all the time.

Are there marketing reasons for calling this out as a Change?

+1 in any case.

Well, Bay- and Cherry-Trail are the most common x86-based tablet hardware out there. I can certainly see a marketing blurb about Fedora Workstation tablets.
