I've been a packager for a while, and I'm hitting some hard stops when it comes to contributing in multiple areas.

I'm mostly contributing to build EPEL packages and I'm hitting a lot of dead ends (ACLs not approved, weeks in delays for the approval, etc.). I would like to make sure that the packages that I'm touching and that are in Fedora would also build fine on EPEL without having to maintain a completely different SPEC file/patch for EPEL.

Also, FreeRDP, being the horrible beast that it is, requires just rebases on their git repositories as there is no guarantee of any API/ABI stability by them. This requires rebuilds of the dependent packages to which I have no access to.

I would also like to contribute most of the stuff that can be contributed from my personal repositories (http://negativo17.org) back to RPMFusion, I'm in touch with most of the developers there, especially for the EPEL part.

Also, my private Nvidia repository has been elected for being the default in Gnome Software in Fedora 26. I would like to see that instead of this one, one based off RPMFusion would be used, so I'm already in contact with the various people involved.

All of this touches a lot of things there's too much overhead in getting all the required access, so I'm asking for proven packager access.
