For the FESCo meeting to discuss/approve as the Change Proposal was announced on devel-announce@ list on 2016-Nov-11.
Update the GHC Haskell compiler in Fedora from version 7.10 to the current stable version 8.0, with much improved support for aarch64, ppc64, and ppc64le.
This looks regular GHC update Change for Fedora. +1 from me.
