based on the discussion on [https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/cloud@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/HDDKOILLE7JGA56I3YEIMH6JEFCB5RRH/ cloud@] mailing list I have removed Fedora-Cloud-netinst image from the list of [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Program_Management/ReleaseBlocking/Fedora24 F24 blocking deliverables].
As there were also indications from release engineering about incompleteness of the [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Program_Management/ReleaseBlocking/Fedora24 list of deliverables], I would like to ask FESCo to do a review of these deliverables to make sure we have this set correctly.
There is a ticket about using PDC instead of the list of deliverables on wiki [1] in the rel-eng trac [2]. The proposal is to track deliverables in PDC and make the list of release blocking deliverables [1] obsolete.

The list of Release blocking deliverables [1] has been updated to my best knowledge what deliverables are requested for F24. Tickets [2][3] were created or emails sent[4][5][6] to WGs requesting review of the list.
