rabbitvcs package maintainer does not respond. To fix a major security vulnerability with available upstream patch, I want to take this package.

I've tried for several times to get a response from the obvious maintainers, see my needinfo requests. The user nushio does not own any other packages than rabbitvcs (besides some co-maintainerships), so we could guess he lost interest in packaging and disappeared.

There are currently 9 open bugs in RHBZ with no response. Is cicku the new maintainer as he took over some of those bugs (3 are currently assigned)? But cicku is also nonresponsive for this package since April 2014. Really, a lot of other bugs about abrt are closed WONTFIX, I don't want to count them all.
