For the 2016-01-08 meeting as the Change Proposal was announced on devel-announce list on 2015-12-22.
Switch GCC in Fedora 24 to 6.x.y, rebuild all packages with it, or optionally rebuild just some packages with it and rebuild all packages only in Fedora 25.
I think as there is no mass rebuild required written in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/24/Schedule, only required packages need to be built then.
The mass rebuild has not been planned. However we still have a time to plan it and do it, if needed.
