We initially voted in [https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/1445#comment:9 favour of this] as accepted F23 Change before Alpha Freeze. Then I don't see any reply given for [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1238428#c4 bugzilla comment]. Hence, its moved to Category:ChangePageIncomplete.
I don't see any issues to mark this change as complete though it happened late and no prior exception request made separately to FESCo. Also, at least some response should have been given on Change tracking bugzilla for missing the deadlines.
Yeah, the change was late and communication from our side (Sandro Mani's the author and mine as provenpackager helping with the rebuilds) should have been better. But it's implemented now and that's what counts :)
I may not be able to attend today's FESCo meeting. I'm +1 for including this change in F23 changes.
