This is a list of Changes at risk for Fedora 23 as the deadline was yesterday (2015-07-28) aka Changes not yet in MODIFIED+ state.

I listed this one as deferred in the BZ some time ago.

We have a pretty impressive team working on these two:

• 1238411 ASSIGNED Two Week Atomic
• 1243736 ASSIGNED Layered Docker Image Build Service

but it's definitely the case that these aren't ready for testing at this point. The Two Week Atomic change doesn't really impact the release cycle (as in fact separation from the release cycle is part of the change itself), but people/groups (e.g. Server WG, Atomic) looking to ship layered images as part of 23 probably should keep the contingency plan ready. I'll check in with the team about realistic timeframes.

Except the following two Changes:
1238411 Two Week Atomic
1243736 Layered Docker Image Build Service

I would recommend to defer these Changes to F24.

AGREED: : moving all them to f24 except these (two week atomic/layered docker images) Changes, (+5, 0, 0)

As of now I see following Changes are still not in MODIFIED state
- 1238411 ASSIGNED Two Week Atomic
- 1243736 ASSIGNED Layered Docker Image Build Service
- 1250939 ASSIGNED DNF System Upgrades
- 1250936 ASSIGNED Standardized Passphrase Policy

We need to get update on these Changes.

I see that for "DNF System Upgrades" Change, new package request https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1255505 already filed.

For "Standardized Passphrase Policy" Change, libpwquality is already updated. I am not sure if any Fedora product has decided their override policy yet. It should be available in F23 Beta release for testing.

We will follow these last changes closely and visit next week. Keeping the meeting keyword.

Update for the FESCo meeting on 2015-Sep-09:

Yesterday on 2015-Sep-08 was "Change Checkpoint: 100% Code Complete Deadline" [1]. As such we need to have all the tracking bugs [2] at least in MODIFIED state. From the formal point of view, we are fine, as all the bugs are at least in the MODIFIED state.
