I want to update Perl to the latest version 5.20 and then start Perl mass rebuild. New site-tag for the rebuild is necessary. https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/5964
The change has to be approved before creating a site-tag.

Please work with rel-eng on some specific schedule (and deadline) for rebuilds. We would like to avoid multiple side-tagged packages to land in the buildroot at the same time.
