I suggest that what we did at DevConf worked very well.
I can do an overview of Fedora.next followed by 3-minute-each WG summaries followed by moderated discussion.
Then, later (different day?), "Meet your FESCo" panel.
mattdm will talk with flock coordinators and submit meet your fesco talk.
