I need FESCo approval to take over yum-utils and pyliblzma. These are apparently still owned by skvidal's account and not orphaned yet.
This request short-circuits the policy at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers#Outline to step #6.
Yum-utils is owned by the Software Management team in Fedora, Seth only owns the package in EPEL5
In this case, I'd like to take over pyliblzma only.
pyliblzma is available now in pkgdb.
