Submitted for discussion at the July 3rd FESCo meeting (the first meeting with the new FESCo membership).

There are many sessions that will be occurring at Flock in August that would benefit from having at least one FESCo member in attendance. Given that some of them occur simultaneously, we should plan out a group of representatives to attend each one and report back at the weekly meeting immediately following the conference.
