~32 Package reviews covering wide range of different project (at least Python, Java, C). As an added bonus the reviews were quite obviously not just "run fedora-review && paste", but nice quality reviews including licensing & attention to detail.
It's usually true that most proven packagers have specific need (i.e. they often need to fix packages of other people because of the nature of their own packages - interpreters, secondary architectures, core libraries that change sonames etc). That said from your recent interactions and activity on mailing lists & bugs I'd say you will likely end up helping Fedora in various places anyway:-)

Having recently looked at some of besser82's reviews and posts on mailing lists I believe he knows what he is doing well enough to be a provenpackager.

Even though Björn is a new packager and IHMO not quite ready for becoming a sponsor, he's more than qualified for becoming a proven packager.
