Proposing to vote "en block" on this feature - no concerns were raised on the list (as of 2013-01-29) and the scope is limited (checked with OpenStack team - "The Ryu feature looks good and fits well with OpenStack").
Maintainer, please address the question raised on the list in the Feature page (http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2013-January/176786.html).
