Pretty much every link on this page is broken, excepting the mailing list links. Additionally, this particular document doesn't seem to set the window title (unlike most of the others).
Frankly, the documentation framework that was chosen for docs.fedoraproject.org is not good. The syntax is hard to get right, and there is absolutely no feedback when anything is broken, in particular when internal links point nowhere. This means that the only way to find such issues is to go over the docs with a fine comb, and that's a chore.
So yeah, PRs are welcome, I guess. But a move to switch to sphinx would be even more welcome.
... i.e. I don't want to invest too much time into this, because things are clearly not improving., and I think we should reconsider the design instead of going even further down the same path. When the conversion was done, I had hope that the tooling would improve over time, but that doesn't seem to be happening much. The packaging guidelines look even worse, and there thing matter more: tiny changes in formatting can lead to misunderstandings of policy.

Links fixed. It's not a tool problem so much as a blind-copy-of-wiki-content problem. (documentation languages/tools aare all bad in different ways)
