Download 619.patch

The old license file contained a physical address, and the linter
complained. Replacement contains a web address instead. Keeping
the license version the same.

The replacement file contains an additional paragraph at the end. It should not affect the license's terms and conditions - the last paragraph is after the mark "END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS".

The last paragraph is a guide for developers on how to add the license header to their source files.
