#60 [PATCH] remove the placeholder text from the update description

The rest of the template doesn't use placeholder text at all, so this
isn't very consistent and this text ends up appearing in bodhi and
PackageKit, which isn't very nice.

This had been fixed in fedpkg already before, and fedpkg was separated from pyrpkg and be a standalone tool. So, this ticket can be closed. Thanks for your contribution.
