When the change was accepted, we thought every namespace will be moving to 'rawhide' and I made the necessary patches accordingly, but it has changed. The changes needed for that are:

For rpms and containers: Create a rawhide branch and symlink to main (which is already done)
For modules: Create master for now (as it used to do before) and it needs more updates later
For flatpaks: It has to create 'stable' branch
For tests: It has to create main branch

If fedpkg can be updated to request a repo for modules along with the stream branch, then we could move from not using master for modules. Currently, new repo request includes a branch name but that is a default one, either rawhide (or master previously), this has to be changed and the user should be asked to provide a stream branch name if the user is requesting a repo in modules namespace.
