It would be cool if fedpkg is able to search repositories from dist-git.

Counterpart issue is API for searching repos reported to dist-git.

Issue was moved to fedora-infrastructure #5547.

pingou provides a possible way to search packages via pkgdb API, that could be a good choice since

  • pkgdb has 1:1 mapping to packages within dist-git.
  • dist-git may contains unavailable packages

Close this issue. Reopen when there is requirement from packagers or potential users they need to search packages or repositories from dist-git.
