Duplicate Fixed Insufficient data Invalid Won't fix

To mockbuild against a side tag one must fist create a config with fedpkg mock-config --target f29-python and then explicitly use the config with --root. Would be nicer if I could just use fedpkg mockbuild --target f29-python.
