If #192 is not implemented, I suggest improving this error message:

$ fedpkg --module-name python-backoff request-repo --monitor monitoring-with-scratch 1553447 
Could not execute request_repo: The "token" value must be set under the "fedpkg.pagure" section in your "fedpkg" user configuration

It's not clear to me where my fedpkg user configuration file is. It's also not clear where I can get the token. It would be nice if it instead said "visit URL, get a token, and put it into /path/to/config".

Before implementing #192 , it is worth to refine this message. Thanks for the suggestion.
