There was a slight change in how the dist-git repos are hosted at the end of last year where the only clones from pkgs.fedoraproject.org should be via ssh and all http clones should be to src.fedoraproject.org.

Change fedpkg to clone from src.fedoraproject.org for non-ssh clones.

Fix available in PR #120.
