The idea would be a 'fedpkg init' command, that creates a local repo in the style of the Fedora/etc. package repos.
When creating a new package, I could then commit to this repo, do scratch builds, etc. - and then easily merge it over to the main repo when the package is accepted.
This may be best in rpkg
