1) Installed flatpak inkscape
2) Renamed /usr/bin/inkscape
3) Ran "make gimp.jpg" and the jpg was created
4) removed flatpak inkscape
5) restored the inkscape name
6) Ran "make gimp.jpg" and the jpg was created
