Issue #27: pending flag in src.fp.o PR is not removed when the failure flag is added - fedora-zuul-jobs

When a pending job is linked to a src.fedoraproject.org Pull Request and it fails, the PR shows two flags - pending and failed:

Yes that's a current limitation of the Zuul's Pagure driver. This is a known issue and I'll manage to propose a fix upstream asap.

With 3.19.0 upgrade this is fixed.
