Remove the test as no tests/tests.yml exist in the packging.
Propose to add the publication.

If you want to let zuul gate and build in koji, we can add the publish template there. If not I can remove it. In case we keep it please make sure to follow: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Zuul-based-ci#How_to_Zuul_attach_a_Pagure_repository_on_Zuul (For gating optional)
