Reopen Issue

I've decided to resign from the WG as I am leaving Red Hat and won't be taking care of GNOME packages in Fedora any more.

I'm still going to be around on Matrix and continue contributing to Fedora (but in a much smaller way), but I think it's time for me to give up my seat on the Workstation WG.

I would recommend Nieves or David as a replacement so that someone who takes care of GNOME packaging continues to be involved.
