It would be nice if Fedora had basic troubleshooters like flushing the DNS cache, fixing printing, restarting services like bluetooth, Wi-Fi and sound.
I imagine GNOME Settings just providing a front-end for this actions while Fedora (and other distros) would be in charge to provide automatic scripts (or something like that) to run each action.

I think that, in general, our UX design approach would be to ensure that things don't break in the first place, and to automatically recover from any unavoidable breakage. I don't think we want users to have to go to a special tool to fix breakages.
