Currently, if a user wants to user Noto Sans for a document or something else like a photomanipulation or an Inkscape drawing, is hard to know which variant of Noto should be used since there is so much variations of it.
The google-noto-sans-fonts provides the Noto Sans Regular, Noto Sans Bold, Noto Sans Italic and Noto Sans Bold Italic.

I don't know why posting images just works in the comments. Here are the images:
Lots of variants:

Noto Sans entry after installing google-noto-sans-fonts:

I think this was already fixed in F36, because Noto Sans Regular, Bold and Italic are already installed by default in /usr/share/fonts/google-noto-vf/:

This is a duplicate of #236.
