Whereas LibreOffice Writer, Calc, and Impress are replacements for popular Microsoft applications, Draw is a fairly-technical application limited to a niche audience. I suggest we remove it from our default install (as we already do with LibreOffice Base).
I don't think this was ever discussed in meeting, so let's take care of it next time.
