Seems like the css is busted here on this page, and the footer just floats above the content.
Hi, I just check out the page in a browser and I did solve the problem removing the height : 100% rule of the content div.
Do you want me to take care of this ?

There is a file https://fedorapeople.org/userdefs/css/fedora.css where in #content height is set to 100%. But I cannot find this file in repo at all. Is it a part of legacy system?

Hi, so a lot of time has passed here. @bcotton is now maintaining this site, and it has gotten a facelift since the F24 days. I am going to close this issue as stale, but if this is still an issue, @bcotton should be able to direct someone on where to open a bug or RFE.
