I have developed the main alt page along with the pre-release page. The download links are configured in the YAML file.
The links in the pre-release page are missing now. I will add them in the next commit.

(Committers: Please do not merge this, or the other Outreachy applicant applications for now, we will merge one once an intern is selected.)
