Fedora 31 Beta was released a while ago and it's missing from the releases.json file so Fedora Media Writer users are not able to test it out easily using FMW.

The file to fix, for anyone interested, is sites/getfedora.org/scripts/releases-json.py.

At some point, it would probably make sense to have those versions come from the releases.yaml config file that the rest of the site uses (and maybe just merge the JSON script into main.py itself instead of being a separate thing).

I did make it read from releases.yaml though, so people don't need to edit the script itself in the future.
