Previously we could find GPG keys under /static folder. But it seems this is no longer working.
Is this change intentional?

It has been a while since I saw this “was being worked on”. Is there some sort of blocker?

Fixed in 1088b4e3b8db13e467fa3b25a162291cd4b0121a.

But they will be under /static/keys/ now instead of just /static/.

i.e. https://getfedora.org/static/keys/352C64E5.txt

But I just committed it, so it won't be live yet.
