When working with hardware vendors they generally will use the minimal image to test. We can provide a direct link to the image but when a release goes EOL they tend to keep using an old image so it would be preferable to link to the spins page so they just get the latest.

Moved to fedora-websites#1200 since spins still uses the old repo
